At Showstopper, we respect your right to privacy and your right to delete your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

1. Log In:
   • Log in to your Showstopper account using your username and password.
2. Navigate to Account Settings:
   • Go to the 'Account Settings' section, which can be found in the main menu or user profile area.
3. Request Data Deletion:
   • Find the option labeled 'Delete Account' or 'Request Data Deletion'.
   • Click on this option and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
4. Confirmation:
   • You may be asked to confirm your identity by entering your password again or through a verification email.
   • Once confirmed, your request will be processed, and all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
5. Email Request:
   • Alternatively, you can request data deletion by sending an email to info@show-stopper.pt.
   • Please include your username and the email address associated with your account in the request.
   • Our support team will process your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.

• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, but it will no longer be accessible through your account.
